This study aims to examine: The effect of local revenue, balancing funds, and capital expenditures on the financial performance governments. population in this were all governments West Sumatra Province, which consisted 19 regencies cities. sample amounted districts/cities. data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis R square test. results showed that: regional income has a negative effect, balanced fund no expenditure impact
